Description
Facade clinker from the supplier: 32 models K25–K62 in three formats — NF 240×71×10 mm (50 pcs per m²), NVF 295×85×22 mm (36 pcs per m²) and RG 501×54×15 mm (elongated tile, 32 pcs per m²). Colour, dimensions, tile weight, pack and pallet differ by model — see the specifications of the selected model. The price shown is approximate: the manager confirms price and availability. Clinker is sold only in whole packs. Supplier documents for the range: a test of a 239×71×12 mm sample dated 14.07.2023 — water absorption 4.8% (group BIIa under GOST 13996-2019), breaking load 1735 N (norm: at least 1000 N), bending strength 26.0 MPa (norm: at least 22 MPa); the results relate to that sample and do not automatically apply to every model. Radiation safety protocol dated 14.08.2023: Aeff 138.8 ± 6.1 Bq/kg, class I — use without restrictions. Fix by the combined method: adhesive on the wall plus a thin layer on the back of the tile; use a cement-based facade adhesive of class C2 (recommended, but not in our range); vertical movement joints every 3.5 m; fill 8–10 mm joints with a wide-joint facade grout (recommended, but not in our range). Above the ground floor SP 71 requires an adhesive of at least class C2, and the cladding is additionally fixed per the design. For corners, columns and arches, flexible clinker panels and corner elements are recommended, but they are not in our range.
