Facade clinker gives a wall the look of brickwork. This section carries the supplier’s range: 32 models K25–K62 in the formats NF 240×71×10 mm (50 pcs per m²), NVF 295×85×22 mm (36 pcs per m²) and RG 501×54×15 mm (32 pcs per m²). Every model has its own colour, tile weight, pack and pallet, shown on the model page. The price is indicative: the manager confirms the price and stock, and clinker is sold in whole packs only. Fix it with a C2 cement facade adhesive and fill 8–10 mm joints with a wide-joint facade grout (we recommend both, but they are not in our range).

About this section: Facade clinker

Facade clinker is a facing tile for exterior walls. The section carries one supplier range: 32 models K25–K62 in three formats. NF 240×71×10 mm — 50 pieces per m², NVF 295×85×22 mm — 36 pieces per m², RG 501×54×15 mm (elongated tile) — 32 pieces per m². The models differ in colour and texture: from light grey and cream to dark brown and graphite, with mottled ones and ones with shade transitions. Tile weight, pack and pallet are given for every model.

The price of facade clinker is indicative (₾ per m², VAT included): the manager confirms the price and stock of the model you need. Clinker is sold in whole packs only (NF — 1 m², NVF — 0.2006 m², RG — 0.5 m²), and the minimum order is 300 ₾. Before ordering a large quantity it is worth looking at samples of two or three models on the facade in daylight: the shade of a tile on a screen and on a wall is different.

Supplier documents for the range: a test of a 239×71×12 mm sample (14 July 2023) — water absorption 4.8% (group BIIa under GOST 13996-2019), breaking load 1735 N against a norm of at least 1000 N, bending strength 26.0 MPa against a norm of at least 22 MPa. The results relate to that sample and do not automatically apply to every model. Radiation safety protocol (14 August 2023): Aeff 138.8 ± 6.1 Bq/kg, class I — use without restrictions.

Clinker is fixed by the combined method: adhesive on the wall and a thin layer on the tile; a C2 cement facade adhesive is needed (recommended, but it is not in our range). A vertical movement joint is needed every 3.5 m, and 8–10 mm joints are filled with a wide-joint facade grout (recommended, but it is not in our range). Above the ground floor SP 71 requires an adhesive of at least class C2 and additional fixing of the cladding as per the design. Flexible clinker panels and corner pieces for corners, columns and arches are recommended, but they are not in our range. The calculator counts tiles by the pieces per m² of the chosen model with a 5–10% reserve (7% by default) for cutting and corners.
