Insulation
Each use calls for its own density: ventilated facade 70–80, rendered facade from 120 (90–110 only for low-rise houses up to 10 m), roof and floor 160–190 kg/m³. The list shows the matching items, the cheapest by default.
Dowels
Length = insulation thickness + 1 cm adhesive layer + anchorage into the wall (concrete and solid brick 5 cm, hollow brick 7 cm, aerated concrete 9 cm). 6 pcs/m² in the main field, 8 in the edge zone (1–2 m from the building edge), 12 above 25 m. If there is no suitable length, the calculation will say so. Dowels are supplied in whole factory packs.
Facade clinker
The pieces per m² and the pack are specific to each model (the calculation uses the model you pick); clinker is sold in whole packs only, and the tile price is indicative — the manager confirms the exact one; 7% reserve for cutting and corners.
Facade mesh
Sheets are laid with an overlap of at least 10 cm: a roll 1 m wide gives 0.9 m of useful width, so you need 1.11 times the facade area in mesh. Mesh of 145 g/m² is for the base coat of a facade, and 160 g/m² for the plinth and ground floor.
The manager confirms stock when the order is placed. Delivery is calculated by address.
